    1. [GATHOMAS] church
    2. Does anyone know the name of the old church and cemetery that is located behind the Big Ochlocknee Baptist Church and cemetery in the northern part of Thomas County? It is a large dark colored wooden building and the cemetery is right behind it. It appears to be a Primitive Baptist type church. Exodus XXI Verse:16 - Charles T. 3. Currently, It may have a new(er) name, but I've always heard it referred to as "Old Salem Primitive" Church. The cemetery is very old but seems to have had some care along the way. Several old graves with markers....some very hard to read. The old wooden church and cemetery is definitely a setting that will place you back in time.
