The author is W. Irwin MacIntyre, Thomasville, GA, 1923. Most of the book is more of a generic, what was happening at the time type of book. There are a few names listed in there, but mostly just simply names, no family information. There is also a listing at the back half of the book of the people who were head of house for the 1830 (Lowndes and Decatur) and 1840 (Thomas) census. Name only. Although very valuable at the time, with todays access to the census, it is not as valuable as earlier. Your Isaac Newton Cook is listed on page 49 of the book, simply as head of family in the 1840 census, Thomasville District. That is the only listing of your Isaac.
