She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was born to Oliver N. Gates & Mineriva Head Gates on February 20, 1906 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Earl Cramer; daughters, Earline Cramer, Joylyn Cramer. She is survived by her son, Donnie E. Cramer; daughter, Elouise Cooper; sister, Louise Pope; brother, Wilson Gates; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road on Sunday, December 27, 1998 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. where the family will be present for a visitation. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 28, 1998 in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors at 3 :00 p.m. with Reverend Bill Odem officiating.
