He is listed as having 2 sons under 10, and 2 daughters under 10. I know he had 2 daughters ,one named Orpha who married Sherman Hinkley, and Minerva , who married Robert Porter. By 1832 he was in Michigan. He's listed in the 1840 and 1850 census in Michigan. In 1860 there's a 13 year old Horatio Gates in the Sherman Hinkley household listed in the census. I don't know who he was married to, although have seen the name Esther Frink mentioned. Please send me any info you have, Thanks Nancy
