Daughter of Philip Gates and Elizabeth Bullon Gates. In the 1850 Wayne Co IL Federal Census Sarah is shown in the household of her parents, age 45, Philip is identified in this census as J.P. Gates. By 1860 the family is in Lawrence Co MO. Elizabeth is now widowed and I find no evidence of Sarah. Appreciate any info that may help me locate her.
