They had 17 kids. Got part of them to 1850 in Broome Co. NY. Alfred d May 22, 1857, Lucretia d Aug 1832, In Sept 1850, Alfred shows 78, Cynthia 59 living with him must have remarried. I also have a Bruce H. Gates b 1896 Mich. who married Edith Thelma Hunt b Canada 1897. Trying to match up these families if i can. Not sure if they are of the same family.
