Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2005 at Galilee Baptist Church, 1905 Basin Street in Moses Lake with Reverend Ozell Jackson officiating. Cremation arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake. Posted: Tuesday, Jan 04, 2005 - 04:05:33 pm PST Columbia Basin Herald, Moses Lake ,Washington. Louis was born January 24, 1933 in Lone Oak, Arkansas to the late Dave & Rena Mae (Gates) Trimble. He lived in Edinburg, Texas a majority of his life before moving to Moses Lake in October of 1988. Louis was an active member of the Galilee Baptist Church, where he served as usher. He was a longtime member of the National Baptist Usher Board and served as Vice President from August 16, 1998 until illness forced his resignation in 2003. Survivors include his wife, San Juana Trimble of Moses Lake; his children, Jessica & Ernesto Garcia of Moses Lake, Carlos & Rosemary Soto of Edinburg, Texas, Jose Luis & Christina Soto also of Edinburg, Maria Susana & Joe Salinas of Mission, Texas, Bernie & Bennie Soto of Edinburg, Texas, Guadalupe & Jerry De La Rosa of Moses Lake and Delia Soto from Edinburg, Texas; a brother, Plato Trimble of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; two sisters, Martha Graham of Little Rock, Arkansas & Jessie Trimble of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; grandchildren, Guadalupe and Norma Garcia & Ernesto Garcia, Jr. Amanda & Alexis De La Rosa of Moses Lake, Ashley Soto of Moses Lake, and seven other grandchildren in Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by very close friends, Jovita & Ruben Balderas and Maria DeJesus & Manuel Leon all of Moses Lake. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Trimble.
