In an attempt to track and sort out the families associated with my Gates family, I have put together a chronological chart from information gathered so far on these families. It is a work in progress and will be added to as more information is found. This chart begins in 1750 and goes to 1901, covering the areas of Greenbrier and Monroe counties in Va., Bourbon Co., Ky., Champaign and Clark counties, Ohio, and Tippecanoe County, IN.
