Her father was Frank Cyrus HOOPER b 1867 in Ticonderoga,New York and her mother was Medora HIGGINS from around Ticonderoga.New York.I do not know the first name of Mr GATES that Jane HOOPER married. I found a message from a Frederick GATES looking for information on --William HOOPER and Jane Ann HOSKINS--these are Jane HOOPER GATES grandparents. But can not get in touch with Mr Frederick GATES.
