I am afraid, I don't have any info, but I am also interested in John Martin. I am also interested in finding out if this John is the same as William who appears in the 1840 census. My ancestor Elizabeth Martin born about 1825 in Telfair Co. married Daniel Bowen, a brother of Enoch Bowen. I am trying to determine which Martin she is related to.
