I want to know if one of the Thomas men fathered a child in 1877 by a woman named Mary Elizabeth Powell. Mary Elizabeth was born in April of 1845. She worked on farms to make her living. She was caucasian and she would have had two daughters and a son already living by the time 1877 rolled around. If you have any speculations, thoughts, or stories regarding a male child born out of wedlock please contact me. I do have a name for this child. I believe him to be HENRY MANNING POWELL.
