The Joe I know of lived in Odessa Tx. His father was Jim Hilburn and Mother was Mollie Drake . Jim Hilburn was my father (John Richard Aaron) half brother. He and Mollie had six children and the Joe I know about was their son. He m. Sallie (unk) and they had a daughter -Mary Ann. I do not have any dates.But do know from memory the others names.
