Sorry you are having such a problem. Perhaps you are using a dash (-) after homemaker instead of the underline ( _ ). If the message is not bouncing back, then someone else must be getting it. We found a marriage in Dodge County records of Annie Lowery to David Phillips on 12 Apr 1917. However, Bernice said that David Phillips is listed in the 1920 Telfair census with wife, Florence. Hmmm? I wonder if Annie's full name was Florence Ann or something? India has a younger sister named Florence living in the Oliver J. (Jr?) household in 1920. Is this coincidental, you think? Also considering the possibility that Annie was listed in India's obit as Annie Phillips because that was her last known name to people in the community rather than Annie Phillips being her maiden name? Perhaps she died bef 1920 and David Phillips had remarried again. That's something else to check out I suppose. We've combed over Dodge, Laurens, and Telfair counties with a fine tooth comb for anything else on Joseph or Oliver J. Lowery without much success. Wondering where this family was in 1910? Must be some clues in another county. Would like to have some insight to these scenarios. --Jan
