I still hope that I might one day come up with a photo of Roxie! I have a photo of Hannibal and all their kids. I just recently forun some of Wright's family of which I am overjoyed about. They sent me some photos. Please feel free to write to me direct if you care to at [email protected]

    1. Help! Really Confused!!
    2. Joe & Stephanie Grohol
    3. Hi... I have posted before on William Henry Hodges....but I am really confused by the information I am finding....How can William Henry Hodges be the same William Henry of both John Hodges? One John married Polly Smith and they had a son named William Henry Hodges....the other John Hodges who married Tabitha Little also had a son named William Henry Hodges and from what I am finding....both William Henry's have the same family!!! I don't understand....I love genealogy, especially finding info and all...but this is so confusing and all. I will say this again, are they the same man or different..because it seems to me that they both have the same children and so on. Can anyone enlighten me to the differences and such? Any help is appreciated... Stephanie Grohol

    1. Seeking information on John and Polly Smith Hodges family:
    2. Joe & Stephanie Grohol
    3. Hi... I am seeking more information on the family of John(20 May 1749 in Bertie, NC) and Polly Smith Hodges(1755). John was the father, from what I have, of William Henry Hodges. I am hoping that someone will have information on William Henry's siblings. They are: Whitmell Hodges, Jesse Hodges, Sarah Hodges, Elizabeth Rhea Hodges and Mary Hodges. I did find Whitmell and Jesse in the census but it wasn't very telling on when they were born and all. So if anyone can help me in finding information such as their birth and death dates and whether they married or not and who too, if they did. I have joined some of the NC rootsweb mailing lists but haven't received the confirmation email saying that I have joined, at least of this email. So anyone with any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for helping if anyone can. Stephanie Grohol
