Looking for Luke JOHNSON connections, (Taylor County, Macon County, etc.) that is. That is my hubby's line..I have my own line of Johnson's well documented out of the Talbot County area but can find no connections to Luke and his 'bunch'. The dynamics of that family have driven me crazy. Took me a while to realize that Abi and Appey Barfield were one and the same, lol. Do you have a copy of the write up in "The History of Marion County South Carolina" which gives a biographical sketch of that particular Barfield line? If not let me know and I will e-mail it to you..or look on Steve Scroggins Peachy Pages. I can't think of the addy offhand but if you put that in search it will pull it up.
