I'm trying to help Nancy locate some Highsmith information. I did locate some census -- but nothing that really matched. Since Mauk is very near the county line, I thought we might have found a Highsmith in a neighboring county. Can anyone help out? David and Sarah had these children: David, Ella, J.B., Alice, Willie & Dennis and 1 male name not known.. Dennis married Lena Olive Brooks 11/27/24 in Akron, OH. The family is white.

Daniel and Anna Jane moved to Georgia about the year 1850 and were still living in Marion County in Feb of 1877.
