Hi All Is there anyone researching any civil War information in Taliaferro County. I took on a project for the Alexander Stephens Park in hopes to add their history found there. They do not have a research room at the Park found there so I am taking all I am able to find to them and to the historical Society to place the information I am able to provide. If you do not wish to publish your information write me at tlsaturday@nu-z.net and I will send you an address you can send any pictures or history to. They have pictures there at the site taken in the early 1900s I would love to be able to help them talk about when others drop by. Any help you can give will be great appreciated. I gave them a good bit of history today to get them started after I found out what they didn't have and decided to ask for your help. Any help will be great. I have many family members that fought in Civil War, they want all the CSA soldier burials found within the county. And any history about them. No information is too little.
