    1. Re. Rem's addtion to the Edwards legacy
    2. Thank you, Terry. I do have a little bit to add to what you posted. George Franklin Bristow left a will in Taliaferro County, (Will Rec. B, p. 154) dated Dec. 21, 1883, prob. 10 June 1886, naming his brother Abner N. Bristow, dec'd, and Abner's wife, Polly Ann. Other brothers and sisters are mentioned but not named. George F. Bristow never married. He is buried at Crawfordville Baptist Cemetery. (Abner Nash Bristow and his wife Polly Ann (Jordan) Bristow moved to Alabama where he died Feb. 12, 1875.) John Thomas Bristow was born Oct. 7, 1818, and died May 25, 1891, Pike (now Bullock) Co., AL (buried in the Edwards Cemetery). He was married (1) to Mary Ward Edwards, Sept. 15, 1847, Taliaferro Co., and (2) Rebecca Edwards after 1856. As you know, Mary Ward and Rebecca Edwards were daughters of Thomas Edwards, brother of your Etheldred Edwards. George Franklin and John Thomas Bristow were brothers of my great-grandmother, Sarah Olivia (Bristow) Taylor. I will give more Bristow information very soon. Rhoda
