Need some help on this Rev. Soldier --- he's not listed in our cemeteries either... Shadrach Ellis b. 1760 d. c1851 Served in the North Carolina Militia from the Newbern District and later received a pension for his services. He drew land in the 1838 Georgia Cherokee Land Lottery as a Revolutionary War Soldier and resident of Cox's District in Talbot County. See: (1) Georgia's Roster of the Revolution, p. 331, 451.
