I am doing the family tree and he is missing. Last heard from in 1959 and family doesnt know where he was then. He was born in Franklin Co TN and had 1 brother, Jesse Theodore and 2 sisters, Adalou and Mary. Mother was Sally(last name may be Maiden or married)Quarles, father David Quarles. It is unknow wheather he is still alive. DOB unknow, he would have been born in the 1893-1900. I am also looking for any information on local or state prisons. Any help welcomed.
