Mahone. Holmes, M.L. is Mary Lucinda Owen, wife of William Thomas Holmes Holmes, Robert M. is Robert Marshall Holmes, son of Finley Owen Holmes and Mary C. Mahone. Holmes, W.T. is William Thomas Holmes, husband of Mary Lucinda Owen and son of Finley Holmes and Jane Downs. Holmes, William Henry is the son of John Owen Holmes and Mary Lou Hays. Leonard, Sarah Jane is Sarah Jane Holmes, b. March 2, 1831 in Talbot County, Georgia. She was the daughter of William Thomas Holmes and Mary Lucinda Owen and wife of Richard Henry Leonard. Owen, Daniel is Daniel Grant Owen, Sr., born in Granville County, N.C., son of John Owen, Jr. and Amelia Grant. He married Sarah Willis. Owen, Daniel Grant is Daniel Grant Owen, Jr., son of Daniel Grant Owen, Sr. and Sarah Willis. He married (1) Sarah Reed and (2) Emma Reed Owen, David Bryan is the son of John Daniel Owen and Martha Bryan Fanning. Owen, Emily Elizabeth (Pitts) is the daughter of Samuel and Nancy Pitts and the wife of William W. Owen, son of Daniel Grant Owen, Sr. and Sarah Willis. Owen, James T. is James Thomas Owen, Sr. , son of Daniel Grant Owen, Sr. and Sarah Willis . He married Mary Ann Elizabeth Marshall. Owen, James T. Jr. is the son of James Thomas Owen, Sr. and Mary Ann Elizabeth Marshall. Owen, John D. Dr. is Dr. John Daniel Owen, son of Daniel Grant Owen, Sr. and Sarah Willis. His wife was Martha Bryan Fanning. Owen, Martha Bryan was the daughter of Bryan Fanning and Elizabeth Green and was the wife of Dr. John D. Owen. Owen, Sallie B. (Read) was Sarah Beaufort Reed, wife of Daniel Grant Owen, Jr. Owen, Sallie Deaufort is Sallie Beaufort Owen, perhaps a daughter of Daniel Grant Owen, Jr.and Sarah Reed. Owen, Sallie Emma is the daughter of Daniel Grant Owen, Jr. and Sarah Beaufort Reed. She was a graduate of Wesleyan College and a popular and talented young lady of Talbot County. She had her life snuffed out at the age of twenty-three at the hands of a rejected suitor. He shot her while she was visiting friends in Talbotton.
