In the switching process, you might have been unsubscribed from a list by the system. Quoting from Jennifer Braswell who explains this so well.... Recently there was a SERVER problem, and some Mailing Lists got all messed up. Here's how to find out WHAT you're subbed to. If you encounter a problem, I suggest you go to Password Central http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com/ and type in your e-mail address and ask for a list of mailing list you are subscribed to. You will receive it in just a few moments. This way, you can see if you have been unsubscribed from a list you do not want to be removed from. You should be able to make your own adjustments. If you need help. Virginia

We could sure use some help on this cemetery project. As you've seen Ruth has done so many so far....and I started at the bottom of the list. We had 89 cemeteries in all. All the talent you need to do this is: 1) copying and pasting 2) searching (And if you've never learned how to copy and paste....here's a grand opportunity to acquire that skill!) I'll send you the files to work with or you can download them yourself. If we could just get a few more people to help on this, we'd soon have it done. Let me hear from you!! Calvin Spinks, in La Grange, has additional information, so it's possible that there is a connection. I will keep you posted.

Posted on: Talbot County, Ga Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ga/Talbot/659 Surname: SPINKS ------------------------- I am searching for information about my mother's family; my great grandfather was Calvin T. Spinks(4/14/1829-3/11/1901). It is believed that he was born or grew up in Talbot County- perhaps somewhere around Chalybete Springs (mentioned by an elderly relative before her death). Calvin married Elizabeth Stripling (10/19/1839-1/1/1921)of Harris County. They married 9/11/1856 and lived in Union/Jones Crossroads in Harris County. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
Posted on: Talbot County, Ga Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ga/Talbot/658 Surname: Striplings, Spinks ------------------------- I am researching my family history. My great grandfather, Calvin T. Spinks married Elizabeth Stripling and they lived in Union/Jones Crossroads in Harris County. It is believed that Calvin was originally from Talbot County. ANy information would be very much appreciated. (Their marriage date was 9/11/1856. Calvin's life :4/14/1829 - 3/11/1901. Elizabeth : 10/19/1839 - 1/1/1921). I am searching for information about the Spinks family as well. My mother was a Spinks and grew up in La Grange; she was the daughter of Blumer S. Spinks and Willie Viola Wilkins.
I am a descendant of the Ware family and I have it that Mary Tate Hudson married James Ware. James Ware's brother is Henry Ware, Jr. who is my direct ancestor. They were sons of Henry Ware, Sr. and Martha Garrett of Virginia. James Ware and Mary Hudson Ware's daughter, Martha Ware, was b. in 1807 and died in 1878. Martha Ware was the wife of James Pace Leonard who lived in Talbot Co. and was one of the first commissioners of LeVert College. (James Pace Leonard was the son of Van De Van Leonard.) Other siblings of this James Ware who married Mary Hudson were: John Garrett Ware, Nicholas Ware, Robert Ware, Patsy Ware, Frances Ware, and Sarah Ware. Georgia
In talking with the friends who went with me, I was wrong about the grave being lone. There are 4 graves inside a 15 * 20 (appx) yard. the Ware grave was the only one with a stone.
