Someone on here recently told me my great grandfather, G. W. Wilder, was listed as possibly being buried at Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Spalding County. A couple of weeks ago I made a trip to Butts County to visit family and located the burial spot. It was just a short upright stone with no dates on it. It was next to a "Blissett" which is another name in my family. Due to a lack of dates I can not be certain that the G. W. Wilder is my relative but since he and my other Wilders lived close by I feel as certain as I can be that it was the correct one. Thanks to the person who sent me that information for going to the trouble of looking him up in their book!! Union Baptist Church is currently known as Ringold Baptist Church, #9 Jenkinsburg Road in Spalding County. Thanks again for the help! Ken Wilder
