    3. jhewitt, Thanks for the reply! George is in the 1900 Spalding Co. census in the Akins District. His widow, Rena, is in the 1910 Spalding Co. census in the Cabin District. Most of my Wilder family stayed in the Towaliga area of Butts Co. not far from the Spalding County line. I am still familiar with Hwy. 16 and High Falls Road and I don't think that church is very far from there. Thus far I don't know where the Akins and Cabin Districts were as related to Hwy. 16.
