Has anyone heard of a Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Spalding County near the Henry County line? I have someone who has written about four cemeteries that are near a development. They are trying to find out if the cemeteries have been transcribed and made available online. They have determined 3 are in Henry and we have found them in the archives but this one is in Spalding. I guess there is a new location for Big Springs Baptist and someone who attends there has told them this was the old cemetery for the church. Any ideas? Is it in the Spalding Cemetery book? Does any one know where the Popper Cemetery was located in Spaldi County? I am trying to located the grave of my sister-in-laws father who was buried there due to being poor and unemploolied.  His name was Thomas David Gunter born 1 April 1916 died 1 June 1972.  It is said that he drowned in a local river.  Thank you for any help you maybe able to give.            Gladys Edwards Pelosi
