Dale, It's a little confusing, as it has several dates in there, i.e. 1794, 1798, and 1864. However, I note that Uncle George Washington Scott is on this list, and he was born in 1825, so it must be later. The only other thing that I can think of, pertaining to the "C" is "Conscript" which would mean that they were drafted for 90 days or so.
