Christ Church Parish, GA. In the Name of God Amen. I ISAAC YOUNG of this Parish of Christ Church in the Province of Georgia being sick but of sound mid and memory do make this my Last Will and Testament in the mannor following. First I give and bequeath to my son WILLIAM the sum of Three Hundred Pounds sterling to be paid him by my Executrix when he shall arrive a the age of Twenty One years out of my Estate. Secondly I give to my son ISAAC the like sum of Three Hundred Pounds sterling to be paid at the age of Twenty One years as aforesaid. Thirdly I give unto my son THOMAS the like sum of Three Hundred Pounds sterling to be paid him at the age of Twenty One years as aforesaid. Fourthly I give unto my daughter MARY the sum of Three Hundred Pounds sterling to be paid her at the day of marriage or at her arrival to the age of Twenty One years. And it is further my Will that in case any of my children should die before they be justified to receive_____(illegible) and on ___ ___ (illegible) Legacies respectively the Legacies or Legacios of such child or children so dying shall be equally divided amoung the Survivors. Fifthly to my daughter ELIZABETH WADDELL I give and bequeath the negro boy ___(illegible) and her children now in possession of said Elizabeth Waddell to her and her heirs forever. Sixthly I give bequeath and devise unto my loving wife MARTHA YOUNG All my estate both real and personal subject to the payment of the above Legacies of Twelve Hundred Pounds--it is my Will that maintenance and education of my children or any ____ not be deducted from or out of their respective Legacies of Three Hundred Pounds. And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife MARTHA YOUNG whole and sole Executrix of this m y Last Will and Testament.
