Hi Dale, I would say probably yes. Walter Jacob Vickery's father was a Hezekiah N. Vickery born in 1838 and died in 1912 (and probably buried at Bascom too). I could see this Hezekiah being named after a grandfather who was a Rev. War soldier. Thanks, Tom Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2008 12:26:54 -0500 From: "Dale E. He appears in the pension application of Benjamin Taylor and lived near a son of Benjamin in the 1820 & 1830 censii of Screven County. Dale E. Sorry guys slept in ....this new variety of cold is a killer!! Beware! To answer Margaret, No, I did not find Vickery children in the marriage between Elizabeth and Hezikah!!! My direct branch begins at Charles Jenkins and Lavina James...their daughter Wealthy is My GGgrandma through her second marriage Thomas D. Bragg. GGGgrandma Elizabeth would have married him after Owen Jenkins death (cir. 1818) if so then she was up in age!! But I have always wondered about their child being named Hezikah Vickery Jenkins!! margaret kimbro wrote: > Nan and I have been working on Bragg-Sasser Family for sometime. This is what we have on Hezikah Vickery. > > Owen Jenkins Jr b 1775 d 1818 married to Elizabeth Pengree b 1769.
