Scotti, As far as I know, John Rawls who died in Decatur Co.and was the father of Cynthia, Elizabeth, Temperance, and others did not have a son named William...William who served in the Revolutionary War was too old. He could have possibly been an uncle. Let me know if you disagree with me.
