Hi Folks, Margie is right! More information is needed. The Herringtons were up above Hiltonia towards both Millhaven and Wade Plantations. There is a Herrington Cemetery on Plantation Road between US 301 and Millhaven, near the intersection with Hiltonia Creek Road. There is more than one line of Thompsons in Screven County. One line intermarried with the Reddicks around Friendship Baptist Church and the one-time community of Reddick (now defunct, but it had a post office and at least two stores at one time). Another Thompson line is represented by the current owner of what had been the Peter Reddick lands between US 301 & GA 24, near to both old Jacksonboro and Friendship Baptist Church. Dale E.
