Hey Carole, One Black Creek starts around Statesboro, with Upper Black Creek passing by Brooklet. Most of the creek's drainage runs south between US 80 and I-16. It enters Bryan County and joins the Ogeechee just south of the I-16 bridge over the river. The other Black Creek is in eastern Screven County and starts at White Hill on GA 21, running eastwards to the Savannah River. It can be worse, too. There's both a Jackson Branch in eastern Screven Co. and another Jackson Branch in western Screven Co.
