    2. Linda, Most of the people at Wade's are the Cooper family, for which Cooperville was named after. My uncle, Barney Brannen, is buried there as well, but his second wife was a Cooper. The Wades were from the other side of the county near the Savannah River. Sorry. Scotty **************Biggest Grammy Award surprises of all time on AOL Music. 3. Scotty, Thanks for letting me know that. Since I'm from TX I'm not familiar with the area. Just to let other descendants of Edward Wade know, I have posted information for my Wades who are buried in Laurel Grove Cemetery in Savannah at find-a-grave. A volunteer was kind enough to take the pics for me. Thanks much. Linda Subject: Re: [GASCREVE] Wades Cemetery, Screven Co. 3. There is also an EVANS in that cemetery - not surprising as that family was scattered along Hwy 17 in those days. Sarah Marcia Lucretia EVANS (25 Mar 1827 - 7 Apr 1897) m. George Washington Cooper (21 Apr 1821 - 9 Aug 1877). Sarah was d/o Hezekiah and Sarah MOORE EVANS - both buried in the EVANS family cemetery.
