    2. Looking for information (some research noted below) regarding James Henry Rutherford, possibly the brother of Col. Robt. Rutherford VA 1734-Newberry Dist SC1813. dob? dod? marriage? Any help will be appreciated. Sherry 1788 GA Chatham Co March 29: Deposition by Aaron Moore and James Rutherford in Savannah, among others, stating they had appraised property of claimant (widow, Mary) of Thomas Flyming (Fleming) that was confiscated after Flyming (Fleming) was accused of being disloyal etc....
