This is an update to let everyone know that my cookbook is coming along nicely. I've received many delicious recipes, some genealogy, history, stories, a few photos, etc. from many wonderful people. Thanks to all of you, I think this will be a really nice book. It will be more than a "recipe" book, which was my aim. Of course, I've added my own personal touches that I hope will be of interest to everyone. The book will have at least 200 recipes. I don't know exactly how many pages at this point in time, but a rough guess would be 200 pages or more. I am still accepting recipes and whatever anyone would care to contribute to my book. You may email or snail mail them to me. I am hoping to get it together and send it to the publisher within the next few weeks. The publisher will typeset it, send it back to me for proofreading and I'll send it back to them to be printed. All of this could take 4-6 months. I am now accepting payment for my cookbook.
