I'll get back to you on the directions. If you are familiar with Rocky Ford Road out of Rocky Ford-- you go about 10 miles until you come to a sign that designates the Woodcliff Community. A short distance beyond that on the right side is a small white sign pointing to the left that says Horse Creek Baptist Church. The cemetery is right next to the church just a short distance up the road. It that isn't familiar territory to you, then tell me what town you will be coming from and I will get you directions.
