Does anyone know if the Sylvania Telephone has ever published some sort of recollections of their newspaper? What brought this to mind is the publication by the Statesboro Herald 'Spirit of A People' and 'Statesboro, 1866-1966...A Century of Progress'. At the Statesboro Library I found copies that Miss Bertha Freeman compiled and gave to the Statesboro Library about things that Dixon Hollingsworth and his family had sent out for Christmas cards for lack of a better description...with a vast amount of information regarding early Screven and surrounding areas.
