William Platt, who together with his wife and JOHN BRICE, alias Richards, was tried last October Court for Chatham County, and found guilty of the murder of Mr. Daniel Goffe on the morning of the 5th of July, died in goal on Tuesday evening the lst instant...the others were eventually exiled from Savannah.
