    3. Carole, there was no listing for Joe...or Frank...Byrd. There was one listing for a WILIAM BYRD, died 28 Feb 1813, age 39, nativity, South Carolina, occupation, silversmith, disease, fever. Explanation: had resided a few years in Savannah, where he followed butchering, and latterly belonged to the Heavy Artillery Volunteer Company commanded by Captain Wm. B. Bulloch.
