She was born in Prince Edward County, Virginia of very respectable parents; she lost her father, Capt. MOORE, in her early life. About 1798 her widowed mother who is yet living, emigrated to Oglethorpe Co., Ga. and she, Mrs. COBB, was married there in May 1807 to Mr. COBB. Member of the Presbyterian Church. Oct. 24,1826."
