JOHN CLEVELAND and MR. M'DOWALL, both of Franklin County, who went into the nation in pursuit of horses that were stolen from them. A boy narrowly escaped, and brought the information. (Georgia Gazette 12/2/1790, 3:1) Nassau, June 4. Died after a few days illness, MR. THOMAS CLEVELAND. He was favorably spoken of in Charleston, and during his short residence there, acquited himself much to the public satisfaction.
