Liz: There is a book "Map Guide to the U.S. Federal Census 1790-1920" it shows all states and there borders and also counties within each State as the country progressed. It is very helpful when you are trying to locate a family in the census. Sometimes it may seem that a family moved two or three times, when it was only the boundaries being changed around them. This book was published in 1987 and the second printing in 1988 and finally a paperback edition in 1992. It was published by Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc. 1001 N. Calvert St., Baltimore, MD. The authors were William Thorndale and William Dollarhide. Sincerely, Bob DLizgerlits@aol.com wrote: > Please excuse the multiple messages. > > I need info regarding the Florida & Georgia state line.
