Hello list, Someone shared census information with the list about a surname of MINER and included additional households. A REBECCA GROSS was also listed as a 70 yr old in the 1860 census in Ga. I also have a Rebecca M. Gross 70 yr old in a census for St. Peters Parrish in South Carolina. She lived at a John B. Ferguson home and is listed as a pauper. The 1860 S/C census was taken on June 6th and I'm wondering if my Rebecca was in Ga. when their census was taken, living next to the Miners. If any one remembers writing that note, please let me know. I copied and pasted and don't remember the complete original context.
