    3. This is to Al: last night when I was posting the my Screven County 1860 John Cameron/Mary Ann Young Henderson Cameron/William Michael Henderson/Jane Hodges census info, the last name that I came upon in John Cameron's household was JEREMIAH J. USHER, age 24, m, overseer, born in Georgia. I have been wondering who was his family and if he might be of some relation to the Hendersons or Camerons. William Michael Henderson (Jr) was the overseer across the Ogeechee River at his grandfather, James Young, Sr.'s plantation but James died in, can't remember the exact date, c. 1850ish. So I just wondered, since it seemed to be the custom for families with unmarried males of age to work for their older, more successful relations until they become seasoned themselves to go back and run their father's, etc. Any clues who Mr. Usher is?
