I know that there are several list members who have James Wilson d. 01 mar 1825 Effingham county GA in your trees. I found in an old issue, 1970's of the North Carolina Genealogical Society magazine a statement that James's father was James Wilson b. 1711 in England/Scotland d. after 1755 in Scotland and his mother was Mildred Moore b. bef 1716 and died after 1740. Does anyone have documentation of this? Or of his brothers and sister? I "know" that John Wilson md Maria Riedelsberger was supposedly James's brother and a sister Margaret who married first a West and then a Hines. Does any one have more definite information on them?
