Nancy, usually the Probate Court/Office contains the wills, estate records, marriage records, letters of guardianship, etc. in any county. I have a Screven county Phone book here but there is no actual listing that says Courthouse. You might call this number: Probate Court 216 Mims Rd. Sylvania, Ga. 564-2783 or same address Clerk of Courts 564-2614 Probate can probably help you with fees and such. don't know if they will look anything up for you tho. Judy 2jv@bellsouth.net
