    3. Hi Ann. I can provide the Young info. Here goes... Perhaps the Isaac Young whose will I have just posted, unknown to me, 3 times today on this list... Isaac Young's 2nd wife was MARTHA BRADLEY. Isaac died in Sav. In Savannah in 1775, and Martha died in 1795, also in Savannah. They had several children. Please see that will. One of their sons was WILLIAM YOUNG. William Young married Mary Henderson. Wm died in 1814 and his estate administered in Screven County. And then it picks up below in the previous message that I posted on James Young. But, I am confused as to who is related to whom...nothing new there! Would someone be so kind as to give an descendant outline of the Williams from which Laura is descended and the Youngs of the family she married in to? I'm glad to share my John Gideon Blitch info. 3. Hey Scotty, Jus' be mighty careful if you go boatin' down the Savannah River or one of the other waterways of the LowCountry over in Jasper, Hampton, Beaufort, or Colleton Counties of SC. Somethin' long of tooth might drop down outah a tree and make your day altogether too, too interestin'!!! Yes folks, there are wild monkeys loose in the woods & swamps of the LowCountry. I've seen 'em, helped trap 'em, and even darted one or two upon occasion. Always keep your eyes cast upwards as you boat along underneath overhanging trees. LowCountry monkeys know about and understand boats. They also know about the snacks an' other goodies that accompany people on their boats. 3. Hi Dale, I would say probably yes. Walter Jacob Vickery's father was a Hezekiah N. Vickery born in 1838 and died in 1912 (and probably buried at Bascom too). I could see this Hezekiah being named after a grandfather who was a Rev. War soldier. Thanks, Tom Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2008 12:26:54 -0500 From: "Dale E. The Swainsboro (GA) Forest-Blade, 24 April 1913: Boatright-Sasser Miss Ruth Boatright and Mr. O. P. Sasser were quietly married at the home of Rev. L. L. Deal, near town, last Monday evening. It was quite a surprise to the many friends of the young couple. Miss Boatright is the charming young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Boatright and was quite popular among the young set. The only nearby witness, George Sumner, operator of a filling station on Federal Route No. 1 just outside the city limits, where the shooting occurred, is said to have told officers that Sasser committed suicide. Sumner was quoted as telling officials that he and Sasser were seated in front of the filling station, that Sasser excused himself, went back of the filling station and fired the fatal shot. He is quoted as saying he found Sasser dying. Sasser's body was placed in the Swainsboro Undertaking parlors to await word from Coroner Coleman of Emanuel county who had not been notified tonight. Sumner, who was reputed to have been an old friend of the dead man, was not held for further questioning. 3. Hello everyone, I've been enjoying this discussion because of the Blitch connection. But, I am confused as to who is related to whom...nothing new there! Would someone be so kind as to give an descendant outline of the Williams from which Laura is descended and the Youngs of the family she married in to? I'm glad to share my John Gideon Blitch info.
