We will be beginning transcription of early issues of The Ellaville Sun. In fact we begin with the third issue of this paper, dated Friday, July 16, 1937. The Sun in this era was edited by Raymond Duncan and sold for 5 cents a copy or $1.50 per year. We are indebted to Mr. Tommy Barnes of Ellaville, who owns the rights to the Ellaville Sun for allowing our transcription of these issues. Thank you, Mr. Barnes.
