The headstone is old and made out of a natural rock. The only inscription on it is the handcarved name "GARRISON" Some say it was a civil war soldier and some say it was a horse thief. I cannot find any other inscription other than GARRISON on the headstone. The locals are aware of the grave but it's history is lost. I have photos of the grave if anyone is interested. Can someone ID this mystery?
