I would like to get this photo back in the hands of family members of someone in the photo, and since there are two Garrison siblings, I am hoping that someone will recognize the names, so this photo can be with someone who will treasure it. I found Elda Garrison, age 15 (born Sep 1884) and Arthur, age 13 (born Aug 1887) in the 1900 census. The photo was taken between about 1895 and 1900.
