I bought Herman's Ferguson's Mecklenburg Co. NC deed book 1831-1850 and found the following reference to Isaac Garrison. Bk. 25, page 9; 31 Oct 1832 Sheriff John Sloan, in execution of a writ of Venditioni Exponas against the property of Charity Garrison for the sum of $14.10 which sum was recovered by Dr. Pinckney C. Caldwell. Accordingly the sheriff sold 23 A that the sd Charity had inherited from her ancestor Isaac Garrison for $101 to John C. Garrison on 21 Aug 1832. Wit: None. In another deed dated 2 Mar 1830, it appears Charity Garrison was the infant daughter of Isabella Garrison who was deceased. Somehow this branch of Garrisons must be descendants of Isaac Garrison.
